Morning Run

Having struggled with the heat in the evenings last week I was up and out by 6am this morning for W7R2. Worked really well for me and also means that I can potter in the garden in the evening sunshine after work!

I’ve signed up for a 5k charity race mid-July which will help keep me focused following graduation from C25K (can’t believe I am saying that-my week 1 self would have laughed!!).

Happy running folks xx

Well done Beth, feels like we are on the homeward stretch of the programme now, diesn’t it! Good idea signing up for a 5k, been thinking along the same lines myself, to continue to have a target to aim for, after graduation.

I definitely need a target! Also going to look into Park Run- any near you? Enjoy your running! 😊

Thanks - yeah, a few parkruns within striking distance - the Reading one looks the easiest as it’s by the Thames and so is flat. Sometime around the end of June/early July, I think :)
