I thought today’s run would be easier because for the first time my darling baby girl slept for an unbroken 6 hours! But today felt harder than the others... Maybe I need a new playlist... I’m not giving up the sleep!

I’ve found lack of sleep is the main reason for a tough run, get your sleep and try and run when you’re refreshed (not always easy I know!)
Yep maybe a new playlist would distract you from the extra minutes. Also, a warm day is going to sap your energy more. And maybe slowing down a bit too might not be a bad idea. Starting a new week it’s a bit tempting to try to go a bit faster so you may have unintentionally gone out a bit quick. Back off your pace again if you can. Good luck!

Just keep it really slow and steady...be kind to yourself...the small ones take so much from their Mamas
Warm up well and take it very gently..think of other things... make up silly rhymes, silly names for folks or things..look around and begin to relax into the run.. don't push too hard... it will come..gradually
