Hi Guesty26, I plan to start Graduation Week tomorrow as well. Hope it goes well for you. Just had people round for lunch, haven't quite worked out what I'm feeling about it yet.
Hi JennyH10, All the best for your runs this week. I hadn't realised, or if I had I had also forgotten, that we were at the same place. Dare I look forward to standing on the podium with you and Guesty26?
How are the pre grad week preps going! ? Keep the administrators happy and remember to hydrate today for your run tomorrow. I plan to run at 6am. Slow and steady. I hope that you, JennyH10 and I can share the podium together.
Plenty of liquids as you, bed before 1030 tonight, now looking forward to it actually, this forum is great and the programme really works, best of luck tmoz
I'm just open-mouthed in admiration that three of you are at W9. Still feels like a mighty long way away to a W5er like me. You're winners already. Don't forget that! Good runs all. I won't say "Good Luck" because you don't need luck. You've done the work. Now it's pay-back time
You’re much closer than you think! I honestly didn’t think I’d get here during w4r1 and I struggled with the first few long unbroken runs but now I feel great, I had a fab week 8 and I’m sure I’m going to do it this week. This program rocks!
Keep at it bud your nearly there, i had a bad week W8 partying in Lakes with family but still managed it, slow is the key i think last few weeks. Get the minutes in and the distance will follow. Bulletproof coffee half hour before and should be fine
Just go and do it. Don't even think about speed or anything else, simply go. Whatever your usual routine, do that routine, whatever the weather, or whatever is the rest combined, just ignore. You've done the prep bits needed, they've clearly worked so there's nothing to worry about! Go!!!
