Bobthedog and I did our w6r1 yesterday and it was surprisingly challenging. I thought after running for 20 minutes on w5r3 it wold be easy , alas no. But we did it although both had tight painful calves at the end. Did a few stretches after warm down walk but still sore next day. Any suggestions?

Lots of people find that run challenging. Don't worry about it.

I felt the same after that one. Due to do R2 today. I think most people find W6 the toughest week. Luckily I had been warned about the come down after the high of W5 & took it slow & steady. Still struggled with it though. Good luck to you both & keep us posted.
