Run 3 of week 9 completed so pleased to have smashed it, onwards and upwards. Best thing I have ever done. I always record my distance from the point the run kicks in, so reaLly pleased to get 5k in 32 m given I run on trails.

Wowsa Sue! That is cracking pace to finish with. Well done you. If you peer backwards through the dust that you've kicked up, you'll see a figure lolloping around in the distance with both thumbs up and waving you onto the podium. Hope to see you there soon!!

Well done. 🍾🏃🏅 Graduated today as well and we must have been running at a similar time. The last kilometre up hill for me took me 9 secs over 30 mins for the 5k.

Well done to you to, the hills are a killer aren't they, I've run uphill since I've started running, have to say they aren't getting easier yet.

Wooohooo! Very well done. 😃🎉🎉Dance on that podium and then plan the next part of your running adventure!😀

Well Done! That's pretty impressive! Might change to tracking the run section only too. I'm W6R3, next run out is start of W7. Any advice?

Just don't give up, no shame in repeating a week if it gets to hard. I've always found I run better at the weekend as I can get out in the morning rather than the evening after work. Your doing great getting to week 7.
