Started my W4R1 this morning. It's tough for me. Couldn't manage the full 5 minutes the first time but got there eventually in the second time round. Very proud. Also not so much huffing and puffing at the end of each jog. Yes I keep reminding myself that it's a jog not a run. Now off to my rest day and enjoy the sunshine!
