Hi all, Im due to go away on the Bank Holiday and won't get a chance to do any running for about a week (on my own with two children). I will have probably started week 4 by then so do you think it would be an idea to not save my results at the end of a run so I can then repeat week 4 when I get back? I honestly cant see myself starting week 5 after a week off!

You don't lose any condition with a week off and you may come back revitalised.

Backing up what IannodaTruffe says, I had a forced week off between W7 and W8. I was encouraged to move on rather than back and it was one of my best runs - I just felt well rested, not “lapsed”.
Enjoy your break.
