Ok forgive the horrible socks and slippers but I just got off the sofa and saw I have actual calf muscles!. Pitty they’re clad in sun reflecting chicken plucked Scottish skin but bloody hell! 4 weeks !. I’ll have muscle chicken legs by week 9 😂😁
