Did it!

So I got off my butt and went out for run 3. Nose running whole time (I know how attractive!) but feeling so pleased I did it. One thing though, my calves are getting very tight after second interval. I stretch beforehand but any tips gratefully received

Seen a lot of advice about this kind of thing but I’m no expert.

1. Hydration is very important.

2. Run more slowly.

3. Only stretch after the exercise- warm up before.

Those are things I’ve read - I reckon there are other things too. Hope they might help! Well done for your runs though! 😀
