Week 7 run 2 got to 20 mins and turned app off.carried on running and managed 3 miles in 33 mins.was hard as I got a really bad stitch.body is taking longer to recover but will do next run Sunday.
If youre starting week 7 take it slow to start and enjoy your surroundings
