So l graduated last week and have managed my 30 mins runs but l am getting 3.74km in my 30 mins not 5k. Am so excited to try Parkrun but feel l need a 5k under my belt first. Do l try increasing the minutes l run (& seeing how far l get) or distance.
Any advice appreciated 😁

Pick one of your three runs a week, and increase the time that you run by 2 minutes, and increase by 2 minutes each week. But you only need to do this for one of your three runs.
