End of week 1

I’ve just complete Week 1 in the gym (I live in a mass of hills, 1 challenge at a time!) Hardest part so far is controlling the speed on the runs so I’m not going too fast and killing myself of the first job. Anyone got any tips?

I am not familiar with treadmill running- I tried once and struggled to balance, thought I might be whooshed off the back etc 😂 However I do know that I run only slightly faster than I walk at the moment, so my suggestion would be to increase the speed on the treadmill until you break into a light jog. I would nudge the pace on the treadmill up or down at all times aiming to be comfortable. When you are ready, give out of doors a try-it is so much fun! 😄
