Well done! It’s a great feeling isn’t it? A real milestone. I did mine a couple of weeks ago but I’ve seen so many people this week ask for tips and advice I’d love to know how they got on. Also gives a boost to those planning it this weekend. It certainly helped me reading success stories when I was heading towards it. Good luck with w6 and the rest of the plan!

Yes me too!! Did my W5R3 at 6 am this morning, bit nervous but decided to run with The archers as a distraction!! 🤪 it worked!! Wasn’t easy and I was running very slowly! Legs felt like lead weights when I stopped to do the cool down walk. . So proud of myself though, feel I can call myself a ‘runner’ now.
