W4R3 “in the bag”. It felt much better immediately afterwards compared to R1 and R2 (not such a red face!!). You can really see how this programme works. Every interval feels easier between runs. I made a conscious effort to slow down today but actually increased the distance- how does that work?

Well done, i have the same run tomorrow, i struggled with the 1st one but the 2nd wasnt too bad so hopefully i am ok tomorrow X
A little sore tonight under the calf but a days rest should do the trick Let us know how you find W5. Not sure yet whether I start this on Sunday or Monday am !
