Enjoying the feeling of achievement but with a full 20mins to complete I'm feeling the fear. Can you please tell me how to get through it feels like a big jump

Nothing to fear Puffin. Trust the plan. Every run and every week prepares you for the next. Take it slow and steady and you'll smash it and amaze yourself,!

No probs. I posted on here after every run and it helped big time. Especially when things got tough. Looking forward to following your progress

As Steviej99 says, trust the plan. We all feared that one - some even thought it was a mistake in the app and re-downloaded it - but you can do it. I made myself think of it as 4 runs of minutes, just without a rest in between....

don't over think it, just go through it, slowly.

I know just what you mean. For me choosing a place that I liked was an important part of the process so I could enjoy being there even if my legs were like lead.

I haven’t run since leaving school 40 years ago and I did it - you can too. Slow and steady works for me 😁

Let us know how you get on!

Yes it's scary, but the plan works and you can do it. If you are finding it tough while running and start to panic, just slow down and remember to breathe! You might think that you can't go any slower (!) But you can. Always 😊🐌

🤗 you are more prepared for this than you will ever realise until afterwards! Your strength & stamina have been built up, getting you ready for what you originally set out to do on this program, and that is run 🏃‍♀️.

Get a good selection of music, keep it slow, enjoy the feeling of being a real runner, slow it down some more & before you know it you will be posting on here, glowing in the aftermath! 🌷
