So completed wk1 r2 tonight felt really good after so happy I started this! I didn’t cover the same amount of distance but after reading a lot of people comments about going slow that’s what I did today and felt like I could have run for longer than 60 seconds! Really looking forward to my final w1 run Saturday 👍🏻
