WK1 R2 back on

Ok I talked myself out of going to sleep and decided that I could at least try to complete run 2. So I got myself ready and off I went.

I did find it harder than run 1 but I persisted and I completed it.

Now I am super proud of myself because I didn't put it off like I had intended I got up and got on with it.

Congratulations on going out and completing the run! Actually managing to get out of the house is often the biggest achievement I find - so far I have found that if I start running I manage to finish (even if it is sometimes hard), but I don't always manage to go out when I intend to - clearly that's the difficult bit for me! It's all won or lost when I'm debating with myself whether to go out or not!

That's my biggest debate also. I can always find excuses not to go out. But today I didn't just sit and that's why I'm so proud.

I did the same run today and like you found it harder than run 1. However I am now glowing with a sense of achievement. Keep going girl. We can do it 😜

You should be super proud - it sounds like your gremlin was hard at work, but you get the better of him.

I can't remember who it was told me when I first started, if you don't want to go out or can't be bothered, get changed into your running gear and put your shoes on anyway. Then make the decision. They were right, by the time I've wrestled myself into my sports bra and various items of lycra, I always end up going out and doing my run!
