Well done! I’m about to start my second and wondering if it will be tougher than the first. Make sure to stretch, I still feel stiff after my first one! Keep it going 👍🏻

Well done. This is the hardest week!

Slow down if you need to. Slow and steady wins the day. And make sure you're having rest days in between runs.
