Never thought at the start of this that these old mans legs would last for 20minutes, but hey I'm feeling very chuffed with myself this morning. Need a few days rest now though!!

Did you find you ran much further ‘distance’ wise than in W5r2?

Yes, I did go quite a bit further, started off slowly and felt good at 10 mins so increased my pace slightly and managed to keep it up for the whole 20. Take your time and you'll be fine, enjoy 🙂
