Never thought at the start of this that these old mans legs would last for 20minutes, but hey I'm feeling very chuffed with myself this morning. Need a few days rest now though!!

I’m supposed to be doing it tonight. Can’t get my brain around 2 lots of 8 mins last time and 20mins now??

Did you find you ran much further ‘distance’ wise than in W5r2?

You will be fine.... just slow and steady..you are ready for it.... just believe it:)

Yes, I did go quite a bit further, started off slowly and felt good at 10 mins so increased my pace slightly and managed to keep it up for the whole 20. Take your time and you'll be fine, enjoy 🙂

Stretch well..put in plenty of rest day's exercise and give the old man's legs back to him... well done you runner you:)
