Run 3 Week 5 OMG!

I am feeling fantastic. I cannot believe that I have just run, non-stop, for 20 minutes! The C25K and Laura are miracle workers. I feel I owe this achievement to this program and this fantastic community support here .Only a few weeks ago I was fighting for breath after my one minute jog and today I actually enjoyed the run - and I am thinking about the next one - what has happened to me? Perhaps time to shed my potato skin!

Well done runlikethewind1, that is a smashing result. Its amazing how quickly this program turns a couch potato into a runner. Keep up the good work, no turning back now. :)

Well done, enjoy the achievement - the community and programme may have helped you, but it was you who unlocked your own potential. :-)
