Well today has finally arrived and I will be undertaking my last run of this programme after work. I am actually excited to go running tonight. As this is graduation day I have a bottle of wine in the fridge chilling and to celebrate completing this programme when I finish my run I will be having a large glass of wine (well deserved I think). I cant thank the people on this forum enough for all their tips, advise and words of encouragement along the way, without them I would have struggled to get to this point.

For all of you runners just starting out, this programme actually does work, take it from the ultimate couch potato!! Just follow the programme and keep it slow and steady and you will get there. I look forward to reading all about your progress.

For those of you who are in week 9 I will see you all at the podium.

I certainly wont be giving up running and will continue with my 3 x 30 minute runs each week.
