R3W9 feeling deflated

So graduated today and felt wonderful, then mapped my route to discover I'm only running 4.5k in 35 minutes! So is it more important that I run faster or for longer? The app says it's more about distance but they've already assumed I'm covering 5k in 30 mins.

(Did my own version of week 9 of 35 minutes as my app didn't save 3 times in the programme, so over 10 weeks really).

Ooh please don't be so hard on yourself! You've graduated! You got to the end of the programme and you can run for 30 minutes - that's a huge achievement!! Keep feeling wonderful 🤗 It doesn't happen that often in life! Don't sweat the small stuff - your pace/distance etc is what you can work on from now on. Well done you!! 🙌⭐️👊

Congratulations! What a brilliant achievement! I do hope you continue to feel wonderful and push the pesky doubts out of your mind :) Don't they always tell us that it is all about running for 30 min, which for some people will be 5k but not necessarily for others? In the first instance, its about the time that you spend running, I think. I'm sure that 9 weeks ago, running for 30 minutes seemed as crazy to you as it still does to me!

Now that you have succeeded in graduating, you can give yourself some time to work on running 5k - you are SO close, after all.

But today you finished the program, so give yourself the gift of being happy and proud of yourself. I know we all are!! X

It currently takes me 42 minutes to cover my 5km route. It’s not about distance covered it’s about time spent exercising.

I have friends who have been running for years and they get excited when they cover 5km in 30 mins

Congratulations 🍾🍾🍾🍾🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Enjoy it. It's the start not the end 🤗

Don’t be deflated. Could you run for 30 minutes 9 weeks ago? I’m guessing not. Now you can and in a few weeks you will be running 5k and after that? The sky is the limit🏃🏾‍♀️👍🎉
