BOOM! W5R3 done!! Just as Sarah Millican was saying I only had 2 minutes left and to slow down if I was tired, "I'm still standing" by Elton John started playing and it really gave me the boost I needed for those last couple of minutes!! Shattered now but sooooooo happy! Would never have thought I could run for 20 minutes when I was turning purple gasping for breath in week 1 after just 60 seconds!! Wow... I almost feel like a proper runner now!! π€£

Thank you! I struggled for the first 6 minutes then I realised I wasn't running at a slow and steady happy pace so I slowed down and got into a really comfortable rhythm, I still can't believe I've done it πππ

Just one run by run and one foot by one foot kissing the ground lightly.It helps you also get through that initial sticky phase and your not alone about going off too quickly.That is something that seems to take some time to learn, if ever.π€
