Week 6 run 3 done and it feels amazing. The first 5 minutes were a real struggle but then something happened, don’t know what, and I just kept going. When I was told to slow down to a walk I just kept going until the end of the pathway because that is where I was aiming for . Ended up running for 27 minutes straight. Feel in top of the world!

Dreadfully addicted... it is wonderful isn't it? The lovely longer runs are amazing.. where the new legs just carry you :)

Well done. It’s funny how the body adapts after 5 to 10 minutes.
