So week 3 run 2. For you aficionados you will see I am a day late with this. That was due to an appointment yesterday that i couldn't move.
However I mention that because it leads to a question. Does an extra days rest damage progress? The reason I ask is that for the first 90 second run I was sure someone had stolen my small stubby little legs (which i am extremley fond of) and replaced them with equally small and stubby concrete posts. Godamn that run was hard.
So much so I was dreading the first 3 min run. That 3 mins must have been an ultra slow running world record and I'm now officially declaring I can walk faster than I can run.
I did finish today but it was very stuttered if that makes sense, and whilst I should be happy that's in the bag, overall I just feel deflated.
Oh well tomorrow is another day ( and a rest one at that).
