Hi yes some do but then we completely surprise ourselves and follow the programme. feeling surprised as we enter each new week 👍

Yep I was on week 3 last week, and struggled with the 3 mins, got some encouragement from this site, and completed a 5 min run last night!! Best advise I had was to slow down!
So keep going with the program, you will surprise yourself, I did!
Also keep reading the posts from this site, it’s really useful to know it’s not just you who’s feeling the pain

We’ve all been at that stage, believe me you can so do this, I managed 20 mins on Monday and back in W3 I would never have thought that possible x

Please keep going. Little by little you will get fitter and stronger and be able to have the strength to keep going. You,willl really!
No need for speed. Just slow and steady. Stop for a breather when you need to as it can save the day
We can’t expect miracles if wer”re unused to exercise 🙂. It will come if you stick at it💪👍😃
