Another one in the bag!
I did a lot of cycling on my brand new bike this weekend and wanted to give my body a chance to recover so after a longer rest period than is usual I finally got around to W3R2 today. It was 26 degrees where I live but I felt excited to be running again after 4 whole days. I took it nice and slow and was just delighted to find that it was noticeably easier than my previous run.
If you are on this forum you probably know already but it still amazes me how well this program works! Bring on the next one!!
