So a couple of weeks ago I was doing my leisurely shuffle round the local Parkrun with my motivational friend. There was a lad of about 10-12 in front of us who was running well (I think he may have overtaken us a minute before). Suddenly out of nowhere comes a large man with a buggy running on the left of us shouting "Get out of the way, I cant stop and this thing will mow you down" as he ran up behind the lad. Luckily this boy had someone running with him who told him to move over and take no notice. They were running 2 abreast and in no way were they taking over the whole of the track.
Motivational friend and I were furious on his behalf as it is clear, and made clear at the start of every Parkrun that it is your responsibility to overtake on the left safely and for everyone else to stay on the right.
It is nice that man with buggy is out with his small child running round the park but I did think he could be nicer about it to others.
Anyway this week I saw him again with the buggy doing the same thing - but his running leggings were a way down his backside and a large crack was showing!!!!
Ha ha I thought (meanly) - so this is why you are so rude on the course, your trousers don't fit and its the potential shame of them falling down before you reach the end!!

Please tell the event director about the pushy guy. This isnt the ethos of parkrun and can only be stamped out if brought to the attention of the organisors.
Glad you had a laugh at his expense....he deserved it!
Grrr, we’ve a couple of these at our Parkrun. I really think that it’s the responsibility of the buggy and dog brigade to keep well clear of the other runners, let alone avoid being aggressive.
Last weekend someone was running in the middle of the pack along a narrow path with TWO dogs as well, both zigzagging madly. It’s not as if they’re going to get a true PB with the buggy/dog in tow.
