Well, I made it. I found the middle 8 minute run a bit of a struggle of I’m honest, but just concentrated on putting one foot in front of the other. It seemed to work for me. I’m pleased with my progress and feeling encouraged I can get this done now.

I'm doing that one tomorrow. I've been warned that it's a bit of a b****r so I'm going in with no expectations & taking it slow & steady. Well done for getting through it.

Yes, I found it harder than I thought it would be. Just take it easy and you’ll get through it too. I think it’s more mental than physical at this stage, as we’ve already proved we can do the physical side. Good luck!

Did mine first thing this morning. It’s ok, and I liked the tip about lightly landing on your heel. I actually felt it was more like running than jogging in places. Tickled pink and looking forward to R2.

I found it quite hard too - first run my breathing was all over place, 2nd run my calves were aching and my legs felt heavy and then 3rd run was ok - didn’t cover nearly so much distance as the 20 min run but fit bit reckoned I was a little faster

Thanks, it’s good to know I’m not the only one who’s found it difficult. I’m hoping the next run of 2 x 10 minutes will feel better. Good luck!
