Interesting, as I had a bad time with this one yesterday, what is it about this one that catches us out?
It might be be because it's back to intervals and we're usually a bit euphoric and feeling epic after the previous continuous run 😕 and perhaps we go off too fast on this one. Who knows. But no matter. You've done it 🙂
