I finished week 3 on Friday and should be starting week 4 today. But yesterday I did a 12.5 mile hike for charity. All was good till the 9 mile check point. I had to wait over 15 min in line for the ladies and my right foot massively cramped in that time! I loosened my laces a bit and made it nearly another mile before I had to stop again! I put on the loose fashion trainers I had for after which helped a lot but the sole was is thin I could feel every stone and there was one point on my foot that was very tender. I had a mile of swollowing many swears (there were several under 10 about) before we got to some smooth roads for the last mile! I'm happy I managed to get to the end and my foot feels much better today! 😀 As I went to bed last night with a swollen ankle and I still have a little tenderness on my foot I'll be stretching only for a couple of days at least!
