It is your longest workout to date.........say no more.

Lots of people find the same - honest!!
Loads of people find the same and find it's a mystery because of the walking, but as IannodaTruffe says, it's still your longest workout. You also just had the high of the 20 minute run which many people find allows you to get into a rhythm but the shorter runs stop that in W6R1.
also ... wouldn't it be weird if week 6 was easier? It's supposed to be a progression . Well done for getting through it, struggling or not!

Just done it. I am so chuffed. It seems to take about 10 mins to get into a real pattern of breathing then it is just a matter of mind over matter. Slight cheat the last 5 mins are a slight downhill slope but I did have to do the hill bit at the start!
Yeah, lots find it especially difficult, but well done for completing it!
This run was definitely my hardest to date, I found the whole of week 6 quite hard, think itβs a transition week, but all comes together as you reach week 7 and onto week 8.....itβs all very clever, well done for not giving up and keeping going ππ
Because people get over confident after w5r3 and thing W6R1 will be easy
