Put those shoes on. It will change your life.
Take that first step, it was one of the best things I have ever done 😁
Get those trainers on and get out in the fresh air, you’ll feel great!
I have to admit, I am a don't sit down or nothing will get done person,maybe get out and do it before you sit on the sofa, it's energizing, and you will feel great once it's done (eventually )
I was like that- downloaded the App & then did nothing about it for weeks. Once you take the bull by the horns & go for it - it is daunting I know - but get that first run over - you won't regret it I promise. Good luck & keep us posted.
Thank you all... I did it.. it didn’t hurt but my breathing ached a bit but definitely worth it... it’s an intangible but unmistakable betterness of feeling... bring on gorgeous weather for Monday...

This has changed my life. Do it. It’s literally 3x30 minutes a week. And remember to slow down and slow down again!
