Best of luck. You made it to the gym and I'm sure you can get run 2 done. You really can do it.

You can do this! You managed the first step which is always hard. Keep it up

Good luck with it. You don;t have to use a gym to have a run though. The great outdoors is free. Yay!

Strangely enough, I just left a query for you in reply to the comment you left on my thread as to where you were at the moment. Things do get in the way sometimes - I actually started this programme last year and got to week 3 before giving up because I was being hassled by people in the village where I used to live - they didn't like me getting fit, losing weight, giving up smoking etc. I managed to move to a wonderful place and started the programme again in January I think it was. I repeated some of the weeks in the early part of the programme but after week 4 just carried on moving forward from week to week. You will succeed with this programme, it not any easier second time of attempting it but you might start to feel that you've invested far too much into it to give up. Well done for making the decision to give it another go. Congratulations for getting out of the door and doing the first run again. Good luck with your second run and all my very best wishes for your continued progress.

Glad you had the opportunity to move to a new place Fitmo. It's so nice to read how we are all making a difference by getting out there and the support on here is fantastic.
