W2R2 complete, thinking about form, dreading W3 already 😂

I think my concentration on foot strike, posture, and leg swings is increasing my pace causing W2R2 to feel more intense than R1. That said, it’s also the first time I only took one rest day.

I am trying really hard to trust I’ll be ready for W3 after just one more run!

Concentrate on keeping a constant pace. This is probably the most important thing to take from the early weeks.

Feel so good, did the 2nd run of week2, increased my walking and running page from 5 and 8kph to 5.2
