I never, ever, ever thought I would enjoy running...... but itโ€™s fantastic! I have been dreading the step up to the 5min runs but I actually felt calm and comfortable, I am totally amazed at my abilities and the progression of the programme which really does work. I hope I wonโ€™t be eating my words next week!

Itโ€™s an amazing plan isnโ€™t it!? 5 minute runs this week. 20 mins at the end of the next.,and that 20 mins is totally doable. Good luck!

Brilliant!

It is always great to read this sort of post.

There does come a time when you do just settle in and enjoy it.

I love that sunset.

Found week 3 a bit of a challenge but kinda looking forward to week 4. Inspiring to hear you found the 5 mins ok ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚

I too found some of the 3 min runs in week 3 quite hard going so I was very apprehensive about week 4. I always find the first run a bit challenging but then I settle into it. Wishing you lots of luck with the plan ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

I was completely knackered by the end of W4R1. But didn't stop me grinning like a fool tho :-)

I did the first W4R1 today, was dreading it, thinking I couldn't do it , it was all in the head as I did it. My legs had gone for the last minute of the last 5 min run but I didn't give up. I was shattered at the end but well worth it.
