I’ve just completed week 4 (woohoo) but I’ve noticed I can’t run without my phone in my hand. I can put it in my pocket and start jogging for 30seconds and then I find myself getting really panicky as if I can’t do it. I then pick my phone up,look at the countdown and my breathing returns to normal and I’m able to run (relatively) comfortably.
Is this something other people have experienced?
