Done! I think it actually felt easier than week 1, I think the slightly longer walk breaks worked well for me! I do keep getting a stitch just under my ribs on my right side??? Is this how I am running (wonkily)? Feeling positive. My reason for starting the c25k is that we are moving halfway up the country away from all of the bad luck we have had to try and start again. I’m trying to loose weight so I am happier in myself and thought that running would help my fitness alongside the workouts I currently do! Good luck to all this week, the slightly cooler weather should help!
