Hi there. I’ve started this running malarkey as I’ve never been able to run outside and since moving 2 years ago cannot get to regular classes so I thought why not. And I’m loving it. Week three completed. Starting four on Saturday. I have to schedule runs in when my hubby is off work as he works shifts and I during the day. I’m proud of myself. The three min runs were a bit of a push to start but with a good playlist it’s really helping. X
