This was my third little adventure walk/jog since hurting my hip. On the dr’s advice it’s was treadmill based which was BLAH but defo better than doing nothing!! Anyway... I managed 5mins walk 5 mins jog repeated until my hip said “that’ll do”
Running for 30 mins continuously seems a long way off at the moment but as Mr catbee says what’s the hurry?!
Hate it when he’s right!! 🤣🤗💜

Well done making a start. I do hope that your hip lets you make further escapes from the injury couch. Slow and steady I notice is an oft quoted C25K mantra. All the very best for some more running.
