Hi all just about to embark on this journey after six months of no exercise sue to ill health and now having the all clear to get exercising I though this may be a good place to break in gently. An tips for a newbie would be great

Hello and welcome! I think the top tip is to respect the rest days even though you might just want to roll on. That way you avoid getting injuries and ensure continued success! I also enjoy a spot of yoga on rest days if you’re into that sort of thing. Happy running 🏃‍♀️!!! X

Hi I’m into W2 and honestly didn’t believe I would get that far. Don’t concentrate too much on how your running just take it slow and steady at first. Good luck luck
