So so hot and had to really keep control of my breathing and willing myself to plod on whilst sounding like an old steam train! . Even managed to jog slower than I walked this time.
Thanks to the advice of everyone yesterday regards to my poor feet. I used the blister plasters and whilst I could def feel them it didn't cause me to stop so they really helped me, thank you!

I find it really really hard going when itโs hot, so well done, not long to go now just keep at it. Glad your feet werenโt as sore.๐๐โโ๏ธ
Well Done. ๐. Only 2 runs to graduation. Iโm hoping to follow in your wake as I finished W8 today. I think Iโm really going to notice those extra 2 minutes though.
Yes I only found the forum last week but have now joined the group who spend more time on it than running. Itโs fantastic to know that all these lives are being transformed by C25K. It must be good for the NHS too.
Well done SuperMouse, Iโm glad they did the job! Youโre very good going out in that hot weather, hope youโve not overdone it (like I did on Sunday, but thatโs another story...). Nearly there!!! ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐
