After my face plant last Saturday and the heat wasn’t looking forward to this. However went with group last night and really enjoyed run. Apart from tricep dips and planks etc at end as my wrists still hurt. To make my day even better our coach said we’d do the last run of week 5 together next Monday evening which will be so much better. Wasn’t looking forward to that one on my own.

Thats great to hear. it really helps to have support on the tough runs. Hope its not to hot next monday
