Have you downloaded either the podcast with Lauraβs voice, ( or the app) then you just have to listen to the instructions and encouragement and not worry about looking at your watch. Always have your rest days, go slowly and enjoy your running journey. π
Yep I thought that too when I started on the 6th April. Puffed and panted through the 60 sec runs and tomorrow Iβm attempting a 20 minute run. Take it easy, stick to the plan, read the great advice and you will be amazed at what you can achieve. Good luck!
