Don't give up! Think of all the health benefits. You have done the first 3 runs and that's brilliant. As you found it really tiring you could repeat week 1 runs till you feel you can cope and are ready to move to week 2 or you could move onto week 2 but take it more slowly. And definitely keep up with this forum. There are lots of great folk on here who will give you loads of encouragement. ;-D

Thanks Christian, appreciate it. 😊

It does help when there's someone encouraging you.

Keep going! Honestly it takes time for it to become a habit. Try running as slow as you can. I do that to get me through the bad bits. Even at snail pace you are lapping everyone on the couch.

Think how your nemesis in life will feel when they see how fit and trim you could be ;)

Keep going, well done for completing 3 runs already. I keep reminding myself why I began running in the first place each time motivation gets a bit low. For me it's losing weight, fitness and being able to run in a 5k challenge in Sept. 😊

C25k was one of the best moves I made, @ 55 I look and feel like a 40 year old and it all started there. Gone are the excuses... getting off the couch was the first step. Enjoy the journey & keep reading & running & checking in along with the others. This is a great support group
