Just back from my graduation run. As with all of the runs on my own but not alone thanks to all you lovely folk out there. I am not a regular poster but read everyone else's daily.
For those in the early weeks just keep,at it. Week 2 I struggled with 90 seconds. You just need a little grit and determination, to push on when you know there is the option to just stop.
I shall miss Jo Whiley's voice urging me on. I might just repeat week 9 for the rest of my life. However this running is addictive stuff!
