How far have I run?

Hi all. I have a poor signal where I live & can't track how far I've travelled! Does anyone know (approximately) what distance each week's runs cover? End of week 1 for me! Not bad for a fat lass! πŸ˜€

Have you tried the mapmyrun app or strava app? I have a crap phone signal where I live but these work on gps and are reasonably accurate. They’re free too. Distance run is about your speed walking/running so everyone will be different. Could be 1.5km to maybe 4km or more.

Can you map out your route on google maps before you go out ? This way you can pick out landmarks and mark the distances

If mapmyrun doesn't work during the run, if you go on to the website (not the app) you can manually input your route and it will tell you distance and gradient etc. If you have the app, it will also allow you to plan a route and save ot to your phone xx
