I completed W5R3 yesteray and as well as being quite pleased with myself for actually running for 20 mins I'm not sure If I should complete my run tomorrow as I think I may have hurt myself.

Yes I know it sounds daft not knowing whether you've hurt yourself but when I'm still my knees are fine when I walk for longer than 20 mins they hurt again.

Could this just be a general ache I could run through or should I take an extra day off?

Anyone have any tips for dealing with knee pain? I've gone from calf pain to shin pain and now my knees 😂

Try these...:)

If you have the right shoes and are warming up well and stretching after runs... you should be fine... if the pain persists..get it checked out:)

It certainly won't do you any harm to take an extra rest day and then see how your knees feel. :o)
