Well, according to Laura I’m a runner now!! Didn’t feel like it when I finished the 25 min run this evening. I wouldn’t say I enjoyed it but I did it. Yey!!! Sense of achievement is amazing- just tired now.

You are a runner! I was in a bar last night talking to an impossibly thin girl who said she was a swimmer - turns out she does the swimming leg of team triathlons. I was proud to say that I’m a runner!

I did this run yesterday - Amazing feeling - well done you! I’ve been denying being a runner for weeks... but with 25 minutes under our belts I think we should take the title. We are now runners! 😄

Andrea I love your post! I was looking through W5 R3 posts to see who else had struggled and found yours, which summed up how I felt just a few hours ago.
I know you’re a week ahead but when I finished the 20min run I was so knackered I wanted to burst into tears, so it’s great to read a post that I relate to!!
