W5R1 - again!!

Morning all . You may recall I posted a few days ago following a difficult run where I ended up going up a steep hill and having to walk.

I decided to repeat the walk rather than moving on so I can say to myself “ I did it”!! And I did today. No hills in sight- hard but feel great.

I found this run hard too and also decided to repeat it. I am pleased to say that this morning, I moved onto and completed W5R2. It can be done, keep going!
